well ok yeah i shouldn't have put it that way and now i feel bad
so should i save up for an ipod touch

and i actually have the money to get a 5s, i just can't get it because he doesn't want to pay the phone bill, which is just fine, but i don't have a job yet so i can't cover them myself

Well no stuff you're running a 2013 OS on a 2011 phone. There is a thing such as slower and older technology.
