i think it's definitely worth it if you want to play

Guys, Disney just renewed the Toontown.com domain.

Could they just be renewing it so people don't buy it and turn it into research, or to use it for some thing else? Hmm...

Well, since it's in the middle of E3, there might be a small change that Toontown 2 will be announce. But still, I doubt it.
