It's worked well for me so far, sans a few troubles with finding the installer (the link on the PlayTime Scheduler is broken) and clicking through dialogue. Some lag, but nothing too obnoxious.

I wasn't even aware this was a building

And now every PlayTime on the list, it looks like, is booked. qq

You should be able to get on about late tomorrow, since it's not accurate because people leave early in line. Just remember to not close the tab, disconnect from the internet, or get your computer into sleep mode.

EDIT: 6 ACCURATE hours and 52 ACCURATE minutes(People don't leave this late in.), WOO!

My PlayTime kept saying I had only 30 minutes left, then after it ran out, another 30 minutes... Then after it ran out, another 30 minutes...

That's a glitch with Google Chrome. Exit out the tab of playtime and quickly go to a different browser (IE or FireFox), and log back in, then go back to the line. Your place will be resumed, however, you'll still have to wait for that 30 minutes that glitched in to play.

I got a June 20th, 3:00 PM CST reservation ( 1:00 PM Toontown/Pacific time. ) I doubt I will actually be using it though.
