According to this thread, never. I would recommend to get a PlayTime. If you can't, then go onto the PlayLine on a browser on Firefox or Internet Explorer. Google Chrome has a bug where it'll bump you back up to 30 minutes once you get to 0 minutes, allowing you to never make it to the game.

Which was fixed recently... somewhat. You might bump back only once.

I'm pretty sure this is a rumour because it's happened with Firefox as well. I'm not an expert in web design, and I don't have their source code, but that really seems like an issue on the server-side.
