Most Atheists seem to dislike Christianity because it appears to them as "boring religion with lots of rules" that seeks to "brainwash and indoctrinate people" to "a set of narrow-minded beliefs". Is this your perspective of it, Zalot?

The problem with it (other than how dumb it is in general) is that nearly everyone in my school is a jesusfreak. They act like Christianity is dying when in reality it's annoyingly large.

I see as the exact opposite. Where I live there are not a lot of Christians or religious people. I know of 3 Christians in my school. Me and 1 girl and 1 boy freshmen. The rest are either not religious or they are and I dont know.

i think it's extremely ignorant to this that the religion you were brought up in must be the real one with no thought of any other possibility
while many religious people do ponder these things (and they are awesome) the majority feel like it would be some kind of sin

if you align with a religion i'd imagine you would remain faithful to that religion

i get that you're saying your experiences lead you to believe christianty takes it to an extreme level or something, but idk. i've never heard any sane christian go so far as to say things like that.

Is this the video with a bunch of kids (probably told what to say) whining about bullstuff like "people call me names because I think gays should have less rights" and  stuff that's not even true like "not being allowed to pray in school" and "christians are persecuted against" ?
