Is Blockland the only game that uses the "ID" system?

nor have I seen anything quite like events before
it's a pretty unique game in many ways

I am pretty sure that 99.9% "IDs" are randomly generated identification keys and there's no constant increment like Blockland's.
The only other game that I know that uses IDs based on register increment is Torn City.

The point was that they still have a unique indentifier
