I've been pulled over three times, twice for speeding and once for having red LEDs mounted on my car.

Um, trucks have those red LED light strips on the tailgate like all over the place where I live.

Since when is it illegal to have LEDs mounted to your car? Unless you put them on your roof and went around pretending to pull people over, I honestly can't see why they'd be illegal.

depends on the state, just like pretty much every driving law. it could be distracting I guess, for someone with limited brain function. but they shouldn't be driving anyway. so idk

They were just cheap ones with five LEDs mounted by my fog lights lol. He read the whole law or whatever and apparently any color except white or amber is illegal to even have on your car at all.

I got off both times for speeding, first time was like 41 in a 35 and the other was 37 in a 35 when it went to a 40 literally less than two blocks away.

What douchebag cop would pull someone over for 37 in a 35? That's loving absurd. Even 41 in a 35 isn't too bad.

They are the most strict I know of.  Bella Villa speed limit is 35mph, people get pulled over for 37 and stuff.  Byrnes Mill, the cops are crafty on top of strict.  They hide their cars in ditches, in the woods (yes they do), side roads, etc AND pull over for barely-over-limit speeds.  Universal speed there is 60mph, and 65mph can get you in trouble.  I think they are less strict than Bella Villa though.

I've passed tons of cops going 53 in a 45 and not gotten pulled over, here most cops only care if you're doing 10+ over.

In my area a posted limit of 45 means keep it under 60.

Don't forget with 30 and under though.

Cops here are usually pretty lenient but I've heard they're starfishs if you're caught in something non-traffic violation.

I've been 3 times as well. 2 times speeding but I got let off with a warning and the 3rd time was bad. Clocked me at 114 mph in a 55 at 2 in the morning.
