Shifting isn't really that much of a bother and it's so much more entertaining to drive a stick shift. In an auto the car practically drives itself (when casually driving, not performance driving) and requires minimal input from the driver. It's just much more fun.

Doing two feet, like I said before, makes your brake leg sore from keeping it above the pedal.  By instinct, you will also slowly move it further down until it is resting on top of it causing the lights to come on and possibly putting a lot of wear on the brake pads.
This same problem happens with manual cars because people rest their feet on the clutch which causes it to not be entirely connected and wear much faster. That's why there's a spot for your foot on the left, to give you a place to rest your foot that discourages riding the clutch. There's no such spot next to the brake pedal because they're not supposed to be pressed by your left foot.

electronic paddle shifting >

Still an auto. Paddle shifting is no fun, it feels like playing a video game instead of actually shifting.

you people and your ancient manual shifting

Like...all performance cars have manual transmissions or paddle shifting.

Yeah.  The fastest speed I've driven so far was only like 45mph, and it wasn't moderated (parking lot).  I can't really imagine going back to two foot again now that I've been one foot for so long now.

Hm? Do you mean 45mph in general or 45mph in a manual car?

I don't even have a permit and I drove faster than 45 before :/
My dad is who teaches me and he gets mad if I go too slow

i did 60+ before

but that was a test just to see what the car would do

motherforgeter flies for being 37 years old

but i swear i must have like the only one with a burgundy interior
makes interior restoration a pain

which is why i just stripped  everything out

45mph in manual car.  In automatic I think my highest has been like 76.  First time I ever drove on a public street I did 68.

hee.. what's my max speed now, gotta be at least 175mph..

so where in my car is the amp and how do i swap it out :o
it apparently is shot. and i will be damned if i will bring it to a shop

You'll probably find it in the trunk area. As for switching it out I'm not sure, just be careful. My dad used the wrong amp and speaker combination and caught the car on fire.

I drive 5mph over the speed limit most of the time, except in like school zones and stuff
any more feels like I'm risking it too much, but any less and I'm not passing any cars, which is boring
sometimes I go faster on the interstate. 115mph is the fastest I've been. and my car is limited to 120 sooo

The stock amp appears to be under the front seat.

I generally drive 5-10 over. If I'm bored or feel like going fast I'll drive 15-20 over, if I feel like being a handicap I'll go double the speed limit.

i will likely rebuy the same stock one. i found it new for 650.
sounds like a rip off but its some kinda name brand i prob shouldnt downgrade it.

speaking about car audio i was thinking of getting two 20" subs to put in the back of my jagwire

although that's a lot of work

and i'm lazy
