It doesn't suck, It's just a very heavy car, And i agree it is about handling and fun, but you can find other (cheaper) cars that do the same.
Relatively speaking, the Challenger sucks at handling.

Compared to the FRS yes, I will agree compared to the FRS yes it does.

But the FRS doesn't have as much Standard tech that the challenger does, You could even find in old merc on ebay and it might have more tech than the FRS. If you go for it's twin brother, The BRZ you'll get more tech for about the same price. (A '90's Mercedes that is).

More tech? What do you mean? Air conditioning, cruise control, OnStar support?

How is it even relevant? The 86 is a sports car, like a little BMW. It doesn't need all the over the top G-metres, accelerometres, and playstation menus to be a fun car. They're not comparable in terms of meaning of purchase.

No stuff like a touch screen, Stuff like that. From what I've seen a touch screen isn't even an option, But i might be wrong, And while yes it's like a mini BMW you shouldn't have sacrafise Nowadays standard features. Just saying.

I'm not saying don't get the car, I'm just saying to be aware of other cars that might be better for the price that are out there.

That's not relevant to what I was saying at all.

I know, I'm just saying. Honestly I'd go for the BRZ.

BRZ is a lot harder to get.

You could even get a Evo 8 for maybe less :). The good part though of getting either of them is that part cost would probably be very cheap and super easy to find, Sense there the same car, the only difference is the options you can get, And the front bumpers, and the fake side air holes. And the interiors just a tiny bit different.

So what is BLF's opinions on the Scion FRS? It looks badass, might sell the Yukon and work up for one.
-snip-
I think they look pretty cool

Behold my practical dream car. Mercedes SL500 (R129). Removable hardtop, so it's a convertible. It's decent on power. It has a 322hp V8. The 300/320's are too slow and the V12 600's aren't must better than the 500's and are horrible on gas. Thoughts?

that particular one is ugly, but the older models are good

That one is a concept, It's not what the actual one looks like.

Something I was thinking about earlier, what are some common mass market manufactures whose vehicles you've never even ridden in?

Off the top of my head:

Nissan
Suzuki (Ya they're gone but you still see them)
Mercedes Benz
Volvo
Kia
