And this E36 M3 looks pretty nice for under $5k. I would of course prefer the manual but the prices for a nice one with miles under 100k are much higher.

If he was smart he'd try and get around 10 grand. 120k on the odometer is pretty insane.

I think he'd still have a lot of trouble with $10k. Yes, it seems to be in good condition, but the Porsche 944 is quite common and really not that powerful compared to other Porsches. They come through Craigslist constantly around here and almost all of them are under $6k.
