I'm looking for games like http://www.kongregate.com/games/lillejohn/island-escape and http://7drl.org/2013/03/17/the-aurora-wage-success/
Not exactly those, but if you play them you'll get the idea.
Something different, but multiplayer.

What you're looking for is an Adventure RPG.

I'd suggest Elder Scrolls or Fallout games.
