Research. Algae is more productive in massive production centers than planting, harvesting, and then transporting the plants to oil-extraction facilities. The algae in question mass-produce and still have large amounts of lipid-oils. It is not a low-yield industry, it is a great source of bio-fuel and the bi-products can actually be used without little work as soil fertilizers and to feed people/animals. It is not a low-yield industry, not at all.
