This is great, i'm impressed.
I've wanted to try and draw with a pen and tab but it never worked out. Now its stuck inside a attic.

I think I saw a day cycle system for the RPG maker VX, which basically allowed you to have NPCs change dialogue and positions, change the background music and change some of the tiles depending on the time of day. I haven' really tried out game maker, but the concept of holidays and whatnot is interesting.

I'm still trying to think of mechanics for my own RPG... Probably just gonna add some simple materia system like FF7 has...

Are you sure this is the right thread? Or am I missing something?

ARGH I'D REALLY LIKE TO POST STUFF BUT SCHOOL

*cough*

okay, so I would have finished the preview gif thing and probably the 50th comic by now, but we have a project in history
Each group is working on a different chapter, and we're all going to present our assigned chapters. I decided that I'd do an animation for my group's presentation, so that's where all my effort is going to right now.
Unlike making a comic, this has a deadline, so probably nothing new will be posted except tiny sketches maybe.

I already have the comic finished on paper, so this is really frustrating me since I've been posting just stuff I drew on paper and I want to get something colored and neat in.

hehehehe I discovered the bitmap brush function in firealpaca

how do you do the colors like that?

how do you do the colors like that?

i found a picture of a paper that was colored entirely with black crayon and I took a circle-shaped portion of it to use for the bitmap brush

okay forget it i'm just gonna do a powerpoint and animate some simple stuff for the project

SO HERE'S THE GIF BITCHES BUT IT'S NOT A GIF IT'S A VIDEO AND YOU CAN PRETEND LIKE THERE'S SOMEONE VOICING IT AND PRETEND LIKE I'M GOOD AT AUDIO EDITING WOOOOO

GOGOGO

some stuff I drew for art class (since school gets out tomorrow)
I drew like...at least 12 or so pictures but I only wanted to show these four.
I don't think I'll take the next art class, though. For one, I'm lazy, and so don't like to draw and have a due date (although I did end up turning in my last few assignments a couple days late with no penalty), but also I just didn't like having to draw specific things. For the most part, I didn't really have to change my art style though.

(clicky for full)

^made this for an assignment on impressionism/post-impressionism. Didn't really like drawing this one. Teacher made us use crayons and you can tell how we had to color it. I guess it looks good, but ehhhnnnhnnhnnnnnnnnnnnn

^comic I drew for a "careers in art" assignment where you could draw something related to a career in art. Most people just drew cartoon characters.

^thing I drew for an assignment on either Surrealism or... I forgot what the other option was. For some reason, I had the Game Boy Camera on the mind, so I drew a picture based around the one loading screen from...the part where it has to load something. The yellow thing was originally a Tamanoripu (Super Mario Land), as it was in the Game Boy Camera, but I watched the JonTron episode on bootleg Pokémon games. You know the part. It reminded me of when I had played it years before, so I put it in. But I didn't totally remember it (besides it was yellow with a brown body) so I was like "screw it" and just put arms and legs and a tail on it. Wish I put the hat on it, though.

^drawing of Rapidmon for an assignment where we had to use 7 (I think) different values of black and there had to be five things that were cut out on the drawing. This is different than the first version, because, even though I had all seven shades, the teacher said I needed to shade more stuff, so I colored in a lot of stuff that is actually the same color. Bleh. Otherwise, looks good.

wow those are all great
the camera one is cute

the landscape with crayons is well done

filler post the second
this was gonna go with the first but the teacher hadn't graded it on monday, so I didn't get it till yesterday
and despite the fact that I sat my (pretty filled) school binder and my (not so filled but about as heavy) school bag on this thing, it still rolls up so I couldn't take a picture without stuff in it :/

I think this is probably the one I most enjoyed drawing, but not really since I actually had to shade it and stuff, which I don't like doing on paper. Or at all, really, since I don't know what I'm doing, but more so on paper.

(by the way, the Rubik's Cube isn't like that because I messed it up and couldn't solve it, it was that someone else was over and messed it up when they were there and I'm too lazy to do it myself)
