...There are no side stories/missions before Wigglytuff's Guild? The only mission before that is when you go after Koffing and Zubat in the Beach Cave.

I'm not really sure what the side stories would be? I guess I'll cover them... I'm replaying the game alongside my comic so that I can refresh my memory.
I'll do all the plot-advancing missions, I guess. Not sure about any filler missions, I guess I might do a couple.
