These arguments are much better. Once you pardon Aromania, everybody could be spamming the forums and blame it on their friends (even though it was the real case for Aroma) therefore pardoning Aromania would be setting a bad precedent for the forums.

Sure but like I said, it caused to harm besides breaking a rule. It broke the rule, sure but it wasnt like "Im leaving because life sucks and I hate you all and Badspot sucks eggs" or anything like that.

I agree with Ephi on the broader scale that Aroma should not be unbanned. I know you think that might be unjust, but it is on a broader scale. If aroma were to be unbanned, what about the influx of people who will spam the forums with garbage and blame it on their friends? Is an account of one user worth compromising the entire forum? And also, like ephi said, it was a valuable life lesson for $20. If I can buy a life lesson for $20, I would've bought a box of them.

Jeez. No most wouldnt be using "my friend did it" because most honestly dont give a crap about the forums. They will make actually leaving posts that are malicious. They threaten to dos or whatever to the forums or they spam gore. OR sometimes they just say stuff like life sucks.
