While we're using brown townogies, taking offense to being called a civilian is like being angry because someone told you that you aren't a doctor. How rude! (I know how you like to dissect posts. I'm not comparing myself to a doctor. It's just an brown townogy)

No one is offended by him he's just full of himself and calling random strangers on the internet civilian is proof of that. Also I think people would react the same way if someone came onto the forums and told everyone they were a doctor and referred to everyone else as non-doctor.

Civilians help us a lot if you must know and its both ways. Im not here to offend and I will gladly give anyone advise enlisting if they ask for it. I arrived at BMT Nov 3 2009 it is 2013 I have a line number for Staff Sergeant I know enough to help you out if you need advise. Im at the rank I have an option to become a recruiter and Im debating it. If I offended then sorry but its gets old people busting your balls when they have no idea and thats all I will say about that.

The topic so far is filled with useless banter, but from what I've been able to gather, a bunch of Stocking's usual buttpals are defending every little pretentious post she makes, and others cower away because the more people backing an argument somehow suggests it's correct.

Totally agree with DrenDran, though.  I've yet to see her offer anything constructive to the community.

Now now let me clear something up here. Simply because you are in DEP does not mean you are enlisted. The break down of DEP= Delayed Entry Program therefore your entrance to became a seamen is delayed and you are not enlisted. So please for the sake of yourself do not go around telling people I enlisted in the Navy youll look dumb. Also, there is a chance you could med board before you even leave for BMT so therefore you were DEP for no reason. Now, I know being DEP you know a lot more then myself and Bones and naturally you will argue you this to the end but bottom line you are nobody right now other then a wannabe civilian.

drendran is part of 'that' group of blocklanders. you know, forumers like Lord Tony, Aphtonites, Kaphonaits, Icygamma.
