gMod Tower?

I have suddenly been interested in this type of Gmod server. Notice that the only game that I have that gmod uses is tf2.
What games would I need in order to get absolutely no errors?
Can someone give me more specific details about this type of server?

Here's the download page when you can go through the workshop link or do it the SVN way. You only need Counter-Strike: Source and Team Fortress 2, because all of the models and textures from HL2:E2 are inside the gamemode itself. I may be incorrect, so have HL2:E2 mounted just in case.

They basically just need those games for the textures.  But you can get those at: http://cscheater.era.ee/

I use all the Half Life textures from there in GMod and they fix all those pink missing textures.
