Comments aren't even showing up for me most of the time. I underestimated how unbelievably stuffty this is.

I don't see any "in reply to" comments. They're all placed underneath the comment they're replying to.

Only if the first comment of the conversation is in your view. Otherwise you get exactly that, however notice how the link goes to youtube.com/comments something, so it's obviously supposed to bring you to the comment, but somehow doesn't work.

For one reason or another, apis.google.com is being blocked by your computer. Comments are now loaded via iframe (essentially loading a different webpage inside your webpage) from Google's APIs site. If you disallow iframes, that site, or similarly, comments won't be able to load.

Well it could be blocked various different ways, so it'd be a matter of pinpointing which. Might be you blocked it through Adblock Plus, so if you have that you'd check it's block list to see if anything red shows up.

You know what's hilarious? I literally cannot comment. I click the comment box and I can not type in any characters whatsoever. I do have a G+ account and I'm logged in. Disabling AdBlock and NoScript doesn't help either. I think it's time someone started a competing video site.

I also find it mildly amusing that I can have identical names on my G+ and YT accounts.
