By the way, Oliver Esmann is friends on Facebook with Lukas Larsen.

There's also Oliver Esmann, which is the name that Badspot and I have seen on financial transactions with Okiver. The town in that profile, Slagelse, also matches with the address that we've seen in those financial transactions. This all assumes the name, Facebook profile and street address are correct.
We've yet to see any of "his personal information that he managed to clumsily be [sic] visible". Many things just don't add up here.

Because it makes sense. Which ever is the fake identity, both of them are related by as you mentioned being friends on Facebook. He made a fake account for whatever reason and friended it.
Even if they are two different people, they still at least have to know one another in order to friend each other on facebook. There's not that much of a big chance that he's a real handicap to go ahead and completely blame the other guy he knows by using his identity to commit several crimes.

All of what's been said so far is pointing to Lukas/Oliver being Okiver. I see no other way of this working out. The kid is no genius, I am certain he wouldn't be smart enough to completely hide his traces just like that.
