Don't pusillanimous individualfoot around them inviting them to things like a friend.
Make sure they know that you're inviting them and just them to be with you and just you.
Don't invite her camping with your family as a way to get with her.
That's the sort of activity you invite your regular friends to.
By all means, do friend stuff with her. That is part of being in a relationship. But you also need to make an actual move and let her know you wish to be affectionate with her first. Then when you're hanging out it's not only friendly, it's also romantic.
Don't bother fawning over this girl though. You'll encounter plenty of other girls you'll like. When you do, or if she is ever available again, then make sure you take the leap of faith and ask her out.
Girls aren't mind-readers, and even if they were, they still want to be with someone who has the guts to ask them out.
