Got Nova Carthaga to 110k pop, and all the high wealth commercial has developed to high density. Still a work in progress though, I have to deal with the specialization part of the city and organize it more, and make traffic run smoother. Traffic is better now then it was before, but still can use some improvement. Also, if a city is abandoned are we free to claim it? I want to redevelop the city next to NC.
