If you get hurt, you have a chance of gaining a bleeding effect. As a result, you will begin losing small amounts of health over time. The more damage dealt in a single hit, the higher the chance you will begin bleeding out. I'd say, by default, maybe 5 hp every 3 seconds.
Includes a bandage item that heals very little health but stops bleeding and can be applied to other players.
Maybe a bandage event that stops bleeding as well.
I've wanted something like this for a long time after seeing the Tactical Player. In fact, I'd even be fine with some item that stops anybody with the Tactical Player from bleeding until they get hurt again. Based on what I saw while using the player type, you would have to constantly heal yourself until you stop bleeding in order to prevent yourself from dying or being left with very little health.
