So you wanted sympathy?

Telling someone your mind is wanting sympathy?

You should ask a narcologist or some other person who can help you with your sleep. Also, try asking your guidance counselor.

If you don't do anything about this problem, you will fail your classes.

Well what were you expecting?

I'm not the kind of person to express my problems to people.

I'm not the kind of person to express my problems to people.
Which is exactly why you have problems.

Telling someone your mind is wanting sympathy?
actually, yes. there are only three possible responses:
1. apathy (why would you want people to be apathetic)
2. sympathy
3. antipathy (why would you want this either)

Unless you have a pass from the nurse or something sleeping in class will never be accepted. I had to get one once I started taking Isotretinoin.

except for right now

I have these "jerks" when I'm sleeping. Like in the dream, I usually trip or something that, and somehow reflects in real life. I can feel it happening, but other people don't seem to notice me jumping like that.
Those are myoclonic jerks. Everyone has them, usually when just falling asleep. Your brain is basically checking up on the rest of your body which causes a jerk. This is where people get those feelings of "landing" as they wake up, or tripping in your case.

Anyways, it seems that you're looking for someone other than yourself to blame for you being unable to learn new material in class. It's completely on you, though. If it goes as far as you being unable to fix your sleep problems, then take responsibility and ask your parents or seek medical help.

You probably should.

I sleep in my history class every morning but I get good grades because I read the loving textbook.

Lol happened to me last night.  And yes, everyone jolts awake because of "nothing".

Just to play devils advocate, some people, like me, dont have school textbooks. Not saying thats the case, but yeah.

who the forget sleeps in class? how the could you even do it?

well i would slap the teacher and tell her to forget herself. then i would walk up to the principle and ask why he deleted my account.

it's indirectly.
Then ask your parents a bunch of hypothetical questions about someone who has sleeping problems.
