Even a fat person can walk a brisk 4 miles per hour.
I'm fairly sure I spent at least 5 minutes in total looking for my friends both times.

The top runner on our team is running at the Footlocker Cross Country National Championship this weekend. Waddup.

i guess we discuss our own mile times??

best i did in middle school was 7:48 racing this girl who did it in 7:05 or something, blegh she's probably a car in disguise or something

since high school i've still been trying to beat 10:27, i think maybe my middle school track was shorter than a mile because i don't feel much slower.
