I had trouble with Spencer2015 last month, three times in one day.  There was a fourth thing he did that I wasn't around for though:

1. Wallhacks and admitting to further hacking (mostly aimbots) at Tezuni's Duck Hunt (Outcome: I banned him with my Moderator Ban for 10 minutes and had him permanently banned when an SA came along.)

2. Spam/Trolling at Kong123's Death Race (Outcome: Server hated him and he left.  After filling the chatbox with several lines of spam and not getting sufficient reaction, he resorted to begging me to un-ban him for Tezuni's.  I said no, and he spammed some more and ragequit.)

3. Spam/Trolling/Interference with Gameplay at chrisbot6's Super Creeper (Outcome: Unknown. He went afk and I left before he returned. Same as Kong's server. He would also block all the doorways in order to trap people.)

4. Wallhacks at Tezuni's Jail Escape (Outcome: Permanent ban, but I was never there.  I just got screenshots from other people.)

No he's not. He managed to get 5 of his keys permanently banned from my server last night.
