also ranked back up to silver elite master after playing like stuff last week yesterday... now its the road to nova cause silver sucks... it's really easy but then theres also starfish smurfs who are distinguished master guardians on their alternate accounts lmao...

I recommend playing endless amounts of matches.

For spray control, play Deathmatch/Demolition with AKs, M4A1-S, and other commonly used weps
Casual is fun sometimes but it sucks too because there is very little teamwork compared to Matchmaking, so if your team is stuff there's nothing you can do.
Do lots of Matchmaking, but make sure to warm up with Deathmatch or Arms Race at least
