FITE ME 1v1 30 ROUNDS AWPS ONLY

Well when I shot a gun it didn't make a handicapped T shape in the bullet holes.
It does this so people have some sort of "control" while holding their trigger down. When you shoot a fully automatic in real life and you don't "control" the gun properly, it's going to go everywhere and you're going to drop the gun or miss your shots. It's not exactly the way it works but if you think about it in a gaming aspect it makes sense.

but still, I dont believe if you go rambo with an AK, shooting while running, the bullets go full handicap and end up 5m to your left.
No the bullets don't. However the gun may go full handicap if you don't have "control" over it.

What bothers me is that counter strike tries to be realistic.
>buy huge machine gun
>slow
>take out knife
>fast

"realistic"
the aiming system is more of a way to keep it out of the 'run and gun all skill no luck' kind of fps games and rather actually aiming
also have you tried to shoot while running? i can tell you right now you will not hit anything you're aiming at unless you're not moving / moving very slow

Depends on the gun. I'm a pretty good shot in real life.

with the new update and the smg buff, it's become a lot easier to just 'run and gun'

What I meant is that videogames don't have to rely on realism to be good, far from, even.
And learn your damn spraypatterns instead of raging on a forum you tit
Counter Strike's shooting mechanics are objectively terrible and unintuitive, realism aside. I have no idea why the game is so popular, really.

CS is the definition of a skillbased game, and this is not an opinion.

It's "skillbased" because the mechanics are terrible. Artificial difficulty is not something to be proud of.

So this bullstuff just happened.
>Plays competetive
>goes full MLG, team is winning, no problems at all.
>Suddenly got disconnected
>message pops up "An issue with your computer is blocking the VAC system. You cannot play on secure servers."
>mini heart attack. "Wtf I didn't cheat? wtf :("
>Closes and gets redirected to a fix page
>tries everything, nothing works
>Last possible fix is restarting pc
>quickly restarts pc but pc goes full handicap and decides to go slow as forget
>opens steam and launches csgo
>2 hour comp ban
Thanks steam...

Now this is an opinion
No.
objectively terrible and unintuitive
Source: the blatant artificial difficulty. The game has an entire "meta" revolving around the fact that its guns don't work how they should.

You don't play Counter Strike

You don't play Counter Strike
Not anymore, I don't. It got really boring after out-ranking my friends because I never had anyone to play with.
