I've considered selling all my skins and whatnot, but since they were all gifts I've decided to save them for a rainy day. When I need two extra dollars, or something.

Red Alert 2 is really where I took the name from. It would make even more sense to just say "Kirov reporting" and for the M4A4 "High speed, low drag", to get the full experience. But I am not really looking for unit quotes for my wepons.
