Tempo Storm has made me lose skins before when they had high percentage, I don't think there's much to worry at all. Like you said C9 can totally at least take one map.

*edit:
No Dust and Mirage, so my most common rotation is banned. This will be interesting to see. Hope they play Cobble and Overpass, my least played.
