idk why people always complain about that kind of thing
it keeps eco rounds interesting when the other team has a chance at winning. you'll notice that you never find yourself buying a p250 over a rifle because the rifle is better 9/10 times. CSS and 1.6 eco rounds were literal aids because you couldn't win them without sacrificing a goat for luck

rounds are 2 minutes at the very maximum iirc
they take time, but they are by no means slow

being within a short time limit doesn't just automatically make something fast

the deagle was loving godlike in ecos in both games and it was absurdly accurate in CSS
with the fact that you didn't have to buy ammo in CSS it was THE eco gun and buying anything else would make you look dumb

okay let me rephrase that then
you couldn't win ecos without doing the full deagle buy because it was the only viable eco weapon. I'm a fan of haivng more viable weapons, better variety and all that

ecos and anti ecos are really great rounds tbh, because generally in an anti eco the team with rifles and stuff wins most of the time but then theres those rare occasions they get wiped out or the other team pulls it out and it makes for good pro games and also more interesting regular matches

you cant just sign off completely on a win or lose
