Author Topic: Authentication Problem  (Read 3629 times)

Any other computers in the house you could try?
No, but at my grandparents PC it worked fine

It looks like this guy had the same problem as me and it was fixed

Still sounds like a firewall issue. You might have not hit 'allow access' for Windows Firewall when you first started Blockland. Or your router firewall might block it (no idea why that would be).

I have had it installed since 1/26/2013 on this PC and have never had this problem before. In my list of things that can be allowed through the firewall there are about 15 "blockland.exe" files, all unblocked and a "Blockland.exe" unblocked. I really don't know what else I can do with my firewall settings

skig
go here and tell me what it says, assuming it appears to load: http://auth.blockland.us

It just shows a blank white screen with http://auth.blockland.us in the top left corner

EDIT: It just says auth.blockland.us if that makes a difference

well your browser can auth at least

i'm rusty, can anyone make this guy a script that makes an HTTP GET request to auth.blockland.us in torquescript? name it main.cs and send it to me if anyone bothers to make it

Blockland is 100% able to get through my firewall. It even loads the server list but still won't validate my keys

I know I am posting way too much but I am getting desperate. I want to play Blockland! Does this help?

I'm working on a script. What is the port for auth requests?

It might be 80 but I could be wrong. I just read it from a post Badspot made on a similar topic to this one.

Thank you.

Download this file and place it in "Blockland\config". Then run Blockland again and post your console log. After you complete these steps you can delete the file.
