switch those numbers to 120 and 60 and you're correct

also the mini atx boards come in high end gaming versions as well. nothing wrong with smaller PCs.
no one needs more then 1 PCI-e slot anyways. most games don't sli/crossfire well and its becoming more common they dont for future games.

no. no one needs or can even see more then 60frames.
the only purpose of having it higher is that screen recording usually cuts the frames down by at least half. so you would need a base fps of over 100 so the recording looks nice.
