no. no one needs or can even see more then 60frames.the only purpose of having it higher is that screen recording usually cuts the frames down by at least half. so you would need a base fps of over 100 so the recording looks nice.
there is a very noticeable difference. one looks smooth and the other one looks butter smooth
I honestly can't see much of a difference when there's like 150 FPS to like 60
