England puts out a new "Catholic Trading System" that works similar to international currency. Each (catholic) country has a "bank" in a major city, allowing for easier purchases/money giving/trade. Once the "giver" gives money to the bank in their city/country, a courier is sent lightweight to the "receivers" bank in their city/country. They then get a signed paper from the giver and then a second courier runs back to tell the giver that the receiver got their money.

Of course this is taxed so some money goes to the HOLY CATHOLIC CHURCH and a little goes to England *cough*
