No really, you're really getting on my nerves.

If someone is more advanced than you it's either not researched or historically in accurate or is sinned by the pope, I love how you claim I'm pulling things out of my ass and then when you get told wrong you pull it out of your own ass.

Seriously just loving stop.

ok

and what do I have to do with England, this is an RP. I play England, but I am not directly England. My human being is not a landmass, so hold your girly hates against me, not my country.

England american colony moves south one tile.

Russia's economy booms and it has many military advances, along with a high industrial output.

Russia's high output provides for the expansion of its Bothnian fleet, along with a the construction of a small Caspian fleet. The force in Turkey pulls back into Russia, but doesn't disband.

It raises two more companies of rifleman. Russia begins the phase out melee weapons.

Russia offers to sell some of its older matchlocks to England at a high price.

Russia sends a delegate to the World Congress votes nay on both propositions.

Nah we have flintlock designs for use on muskets and pistols.

Anyway, why are you saying that you have an economic boom out of no where? Isn't Jairo supposed to say you have an economic boom or something?

English officers try to calm down the rioters, but it is of no use. English Rangers are called in. (I would still like to know why they are revolting lol)

Spanish army and navy begins phasing out melee weapons with the rest of the world.

Spain invites the leaders of Morocco, Portugal, and Ethiopia to a large feast.

Nay to both proposals.

he's got a stuffload of trade running to the far east as a result of the collapse of the mongolian empire

not to mention he's trading with the byzantines (I think) and the turks, the two most powerful nations in europe atm besides himself

(I would still like to know why they are revolting lol)
you must be doing a pretty stuffty job of running your country

don't forget to place your votes for the world congress!

I don't see how stuffty I am running it. I am basically doing what everyone else has been doing: going to america, trading with east, farming a lot, participating in crusades, astrology.

I don't see how this is making me a bad country .~.

Basically when Russia gets a greatest nation thing I use it to justify an action.

STATE OF AFFAIRS

The World Congress, an international delegation system, will be hosted for the first time by His Holiness in the Vatican City. In the World Congress, nations will vote on proposals such as embargoes, world religions, and international events. For each era that we advance, nations will receive additional delegates for voting (exploration -> industrial -> modern -> atomic -> information.)

The World Congress will change host countries every time it is called. Host countries will receive an additional delegate and the ability to call a proposal. A random nation will be selected for the second proposal.

To vote, nations will simply post whether they are "yay" or "nay" on a proposal, and how many votes per each choice. After (for convenience) most civilized nations have voted, then the World Congress will convene.

CURRENT ERA: Exploration
DELEGATES PER CIVILIZATION: 1
WORLD CONGRESS CONVENES IN: 1 turn (state of affairs post)
CURRENT PROPOSALS:
- Embargo the Byzantine Empire (proposed by Korea)
- Increase standing military tax (proposed by the Vatican)
don't forget to vote you nignogs

Lol @ Swat3 not knowing what a flintlock is.

Scotland votes yay on the increased standing military tax

Turkey comes out with a new invention - The flintlock musket. This new design is much cheaper than the wheellock musket, but retains many of the advantages. The only disadvantages are less reliability and a slightly lower firing rate.

This design is much better than the English design, which isn't actually a flintlock. It's a matchlock.

An English military inventor presents a tube-like design that has a fuse on the back of the tube, a good amount of gunpowder on the bottom that is ignited by a fuse, and then a ball made out of iron. These large tubes are taken and placed onto a ship on both sides. England adopts this mechanic and offers to sell the (efficient) designs.
saving this for proof.
