It's so funny when Spain was passive to England then it started to forget England up since Miko joined it, and then Portugal was passive to England and wants to forget it up now because Watcher owns it.

This was a long time ago, and since then I scarcely talked to Watcher.

Warmongering isn't proper diplomatically and it is not peaceful. England says that Spain and France (and now Portugal) are not following what the UN was originally made for: (I quote this from real world UN purpose) "with the aim of facilitating cooperation in international law, international security, economic development, social progress, human rights, and achievement of world peace."

Besides, wouldn't my Democracy ideology do something about this by "having the ability to talk it out like democratic free country" and "diplomatic relations with countries of the same ideology is easier.", or does this only work with countries controlled by you (NPCs)?

How big is this blockade? I'd assume it would span across the claims made by England in South America. I am sorry for asking, but how is this possible to achieve? Just a question of choice. There isn't really any radar and you can't depend on a stuff load (which would drain your fleet from other parts of the world) of non-ironclads to sit there and hope to cause panic, unless I am totally missing the point of the whole thing and it actually is possible.

Speaking of which, 3 (improved) ironclads have been produced with turrets.

Also, smokeless gunpowder has been invented by England (if not yet obviously invented upon the timeline of gun history).

The prototype of the rifle is a success, though it'll need a scope that does not zoom in too much.

A frigate with no lights is sent to the bottom most part of the world at night. It lands on a beach that is not near the blockade and carts full of gold are loaded onto it once a messenger is sent to the southern most territory, then it sails all the way back to Australia at the break of dusk with no lights, taking a southern-most route to avoid the blockade.

Oh and then was a de-commissioned sail one, no smoke. Yes, going around the blockade is very much possible, and when I say "goes around it" I mean it got cold when it was attempting to go around it.
