Author Topic: Pretty sure I got a cop fired today.  (Read 3473 times)

oh stuff you just made everyone mad 10/10 gayvon

yeah but they don't get arrested for it
they wouldn't get fired, either
That's why I said I was pretty sure he got fired today. I'm obviously not entirely sure what happened after he left. He also left without handcuffs which I found pretty odd so who knows. Nothing could have happened, Warning, fired etc. If I really wanted to know I would file a lawsuit.

Doubt he got fired
probably suspension or something

Seems more reasonable. Especially if it's like an inexperienced one or something. Also keeping in mind those guys have tons of things to remember.

How exactly can you say that? thousands of people pass through checkpoints every day and could easily do what I did if the officer wasn't aware of their rights.

1. an officer is not going to be arrested for searching a car without cause. unless he like shot or molested you during the search, the most he's going to get is a scathing review after the fact that mind end up with him being fired.

2. officers deal with starfishs all the time. why do you think that your stupid little "hurrr i plead teh 5th" comment is going to make an officer rage so hard he forgets up on his job? youre loving roostery as stuff.

3. cops never run roadblocks alone. that's dangerous and asking for trouble, and it's pretty stupid to assume that his buddy would just stand by and watch as his partner broke protocol.

4. you cant just call the cops and say "this cop searched my car without cause" and they'd know who it is. you'd need a name or badge number. but again, breaking minor protocol isn't grounds for a cop to be arrested. you're a loving moron and a bad liar.

You're basically one of those fedora-wearing asswipes that imagines scenarios where they were a badass who beat somebody in a game of intellectual chess or something, but it always comes off as bizarre and stupid as this horsestuff story of yours.

related to trinick?
I don't think trinick has a thing against cops. just his parents

You're basically one of those fedora-wearing asswipes...
What does a hat have to do with anything?
And the only reason I posted this incident was for an actual debate which went pretty well until you showed up.
related to trinick?
huh

Debate what?

You acted suspicious and got searched

that seems like pretty good debate to me, you're only focusing on the last part

whatever moral approach you take here, ravencroft is the correct one legally

Wow. That's a richard move.
You're a loving richard OP.

Coulda just said "no" to avoid all that stuff and keep a cop on the force, but no. Your pissing contest was more important.
Good job.

Debating whether it was correct for me to question a law enforcement officer and the 4th amendment. What we've been discussing pretty well for the past 5 pages.

ITT: People let their emotions post before they actually think just because it was a cop.
