I'm questioning if this is true, because in late 2012 a bunch of stores said the ship date would be in a month leading people to think that was the release date. I hope it is true though because now I will be able to get North Yankton cars :)

I assume it'll actually be decently optimized unlike GTA IV.
I have good feelings about that because they did so well on V, and the leaked screenshot shows only a gig of memory usage on max settings. IV would use way more than that IIRC.
