Pretty sure that even if it was allowed, the weapons wouldn't be advanced enough to be reliable, especially not to fire a missile from Iran to America.  If anyone was advanced enough to have them, it'd be USA and USSR, and no one else.

Either way, Sweden urges the Czechoslovakian military to tighten up its ranks so that none of these rogue groups ever happen.
