Proposal:

Add an article or something that will automatically remove/shut up a proposal that would allow the breach of the citizen's/country's right of liberty, freedom, and equality. This would include forcing countries to breach alliances by embargoing each other *cough* and forcing everyone to do something that would breach a citizen's right of liberty, freedom, and equality.

This does not mean that no one can make offensive proposals AGAINST something. Remember that the U.N. was formed in the name of freedom and equality.
