What would you do? I would probably make an infinite terrain generator.

i wouldnt mind a 512k bump possible.
but the limit was due to multiplayer loading limitations werent it?
i mean for just yourself, technically there isnt a limit.

Theres a limit of like 280k or something. Somewhere around that area.

Don't quote me on this, I'm really not sure.

i usually build large saves to begin with. but i still always get cut by the limit when i want to double up on the small details.

i have to start new projects spending tons of time planning and picking the size carefully.

I never really knew there was a brick limit, since I dont make huge builds.

Though I would tests its limits with the biggest build I can build.

Make a ramp 500k bricks high.

i would crash like forget!
would be awesome

The limit was made so players joining a server with such a high brick count wouldn't have loading problems. Ideally if the brick limit were raised that would also mean being able to handle more bricks. Which would be really cool since with being able to build more without lagging we could see bigger tdms and builds.

yeah technically but it's not just because of the inefficiency of bricks

it's networking
