I agree. Here's my theory: Port doesn't actually have anything substantial yet, so he's just throwing that link around to make sure nobody else jumps in and makes one first.

I'm sorry but how do you expect there to be substantial progress on a mod like this when the fact that RTB is shutting down was only announced a couple of days ago

Give the guy time, holy stuff. He's been sharing the link to let people know that this is actually a thing, and actively being developed. As far as features goes, there's still stuff to be planned such as what exactly would make it different from rtb, what would be the same, etc..

For now, Port's been working on this IRC client so that users without steam can have a place to socialize while BAM is being made. The least you guys can do is accept that and wait for updates on it.
