Well that was Gen 1, a somewhat broken system, it has, but you're right, a lot of non-offensive moves have saved Twitch before, however, this is just for the starter, and moves like that may not be very helpful until we start getting Pokemon and getting a team together

yes, but if we take a look totodile's scary face, it does practically nothing; all it does lower the speed. it's not as useful as sand attack.
