Personally, I don't see any point to prolong this and we may as well let him stay. There appear to be more people voting than there are playing, so external forces most likely wish for him to stay as well. And, honestly, it'd be rather richardish to kick him out over this, but if he does it again my opinion will definitely change.

A TCHF carrier is attacked and raided within Soverinian Space.  The pirates flee, leaving not a soul on board alive.

Titan Corporation asks that the Soverus Empire do something to eradicate the threat.

Experimentation in order to create portals has allowed scientists to expand on the cosmic speed limit theory.  TitanCorp scientists propel an item at this theoretical speed, and it seems to have exited existence, and matter in the area was pulled into the point at which it exceeded this speed.  The object, designed to slow down a few seconds appears several light years away instantly as it slows down.  This leads scientists to believe that it passed into the probability dimension in a pocket reality, then resurfaced in our plane of space-time.

Sovern territory security is now tighter, and the hunt for pirate cells begins.  Multiple SPECACT drones are deployed to weed out figures of high value in the pirate world and eliminate them.

FR starts buying technology from the TitanCorp, and offers some ideas that its scientists have theorized but simply do not have the resources to do said experiments. FR requests free or if not possibly, largely discounted, products of said designs.

FR, in the need of a solar system that would be able to be mined, goes south. They meet an unexpected race of cat-like creatures who have taken the large deposits of resources as their own.

Ironically, they are very nice creatures and have a humble air to them. Since they are technologically behind, they offer a trade if representation in government and access to designs, in trade for their resources. They will be payed to mine and are welcomed to take up jobs in the FR's home systems.

The Titan Corporation scientists attempt an experiment with two modules breaking the cosmic speed limit, one item designed to go through another to essentially "needle a thread" from the 4th dimension, to the 5th, and then back again.  There was a 9.574×10^-15 margin of error, and the modules collided in the 5th dimension.  The result was the collision resurfacing into the 4th dimension and causing an enormous electromagnetic disturbance.  Instruments are down, and rescue craft are coming to evacuate and reboot.

Hunter Killer forces expand their interstellar claims to a few of the surrounding solar system, post-poneing purging of systems of life to accommodate SHKPD standards, current objective: restrict, and contain. (I'm only doing this because I kinda have to if I want to properly round out my field of influence.)

Purging of the planet continues, SHKPD globally name the system and three planets within. Omerta-Dominatrus, the planets having a similar name of OD-1, and 2 and 3 for the other planets.

Purged planet is dubbed OD-2, OD-1 is unable to sustain life, OD-3 is a gas giant so forget that stuff.

Purging of OD-2 is at a estimated 64% complete, objectives shifting: Seize any and all resources, capture and contain lifeforms for chemical and biological weapons testing, contain children and animals for brainwashing, contain women, from age group of teen to mid-adulthood for forced cross-species breeding, contain males for miscellaneous testing.

The Pirate's base is revealed to be in Star Cluster A. It's location is somewhere in the northwestern side and covered by debris. Past civilizations attempts at conquering the pirates. Perhaps, these pirates are older then we thought?
(You can now attempt to find out lore of the pirates. For an action, just say, attempt to find lore or stories of the old pirates. Perhaps, finding lore of their ancestors might increase diplomatic relations, or bring things to a neutral closing.)
