simcity wont launch

after a while i decided to play simcity again but it wont launch
i have uninstalled and reinstalled and it does the same thing, but the game runs in the background

Open task manager and go to processes, try to find Simcity in the list and end the process and try to re-launch.
It works for me

I got SimCity a month ago, and it has never launched for me. It says something about my graphics, and it just doesn't load.
