Author Topic: Why do people use anti-perspirant?  (Read 4014 times)

i thought deodorant and antiperspirant were the same thing...
Deodorant does just that, it de-odorizes.
Anti-perspirant does just that, it stops perspiration.

maybe he's hiding in shame
or he'll come back and have a fit about how we're all super cruel uncaring buttbuckets
both are equally amusing

I wonder if all the anti-antiperspirant people in this thread just subconsciously know that they're stinky and want to convince themselves that their poor hygiene is good by trashing antiperspirants online.

You mean like how you believe fat people tell other fat people to diet?

Fat people do tell other people to diet. They also constantly complain about how hard dieting is and order super fattening food and then say 'ohh I shouldn't have eaten that' after.

What?

because sweat is oftentimes useless and disgusting

I think it would be more like a fat person telling a bunch of skinny people how bad healthy food is for you.

stay away from me please

I don't wear any deodorant because I hate the smell of it. In the near future, I may start wearing it.

You do realize that deodorant comes in more than one scent, right? There's even scentless deodorant. You don't have to buy old spice megaman bodybuilder deodorant.

Really? I didn't even know scentless deodorant existed, I'll have to look into it. Thanks.

Regular deodorant doesn't stop my armpits from stinking like B.O.

Antiperspirant does the job.

holy crap

I'm sorry I have a forest for an armpit and I sweat in uncomfortable amounts? Wow I must be stupid for using anti-antiperspirant to prevent myself from over sweating. It sure does suck that I have to rely on my body to cool myself down with sweat, when I workout in an air conditioned building protected from the sun at my own pace! Man, I tell ya, these are tough times.
