According to a few friends, it's possibly a chat modification addon completely excluding the flood protection such as the National flag IPs(I doubt it's this) or other chat enhancement mods. Best bet is to remove each chat add-on you have and figure out what one it is.
Even with the flood protection fixed you'll still need some damn admins. I only saw two online including you the whole time that I was playing and you were afk most of that time. MrLoganator is an OK admin but he definitely can't handle a 30 player server like that.

NOEDIT: I think I might know what add-on is causing this. I remember whenever anyone joined the server it would say "[Player] is attempting to connect to the server." or something along those lines. That's probably your best bet is to check that add-on. Obviously it could flood the chat if there's a lot of traffic joining your server. MSP and Ides server enhancements could be affecting it too if you have them Sax.

It's okay, I had a good time before all the bs. The map definitely needs to be widened or something at the start, along with explosives being removed.

Yeah same, I use the /mute part of it, but he could be using an edited version or something. I dunno, it's worth a try if he can't figure it out. I'm positive it's that indicator that says when someone is attempting to join a server though.
