My inner cop disagrees. I have no tolerance for someone who:
Bounds or gags minors
stalks minors
partakes in the enterprise of sharing and creating researchographic material of minors
has love with a minor without consent, using coercion, or drugs

Now for the guy that is 18 and has love with a consenting 17 year old, that is a different story.

I agree totally, and with like thirty year olds and a consenting minor is still bad.
I think Arizona allows consent from a minor if your ages are within 24 months, which is cool.

Believe it or not the whole "love offender" registry actual tends to increase rates of loveual offenses.
There's no valid reason for having it labeling people like that, it's never been proven to help anything.
