Teleport only playertype

Ya know how there is the jumpgun right? well i was thinking of combining that with the no move player making it so you can only move through teleporting.

3) Give the player type the jump gun.

OP is pretty selfish.
A jump gun and no move player type exists. He needs to work with what has like we do.
I don't see a problem with a no move player type having the jump gun in their inventory.
