YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

someone please host a server
i tried to but i ended up not being able to because my router is a loving piece of stuff

I'm not sure, but I'm almost certain that the diameter of most planets is about 50,000m or something close to that.

Actually I just properly read patch notes;

Quote
planets are 120km and moons are 19km in diameter by default

I cant play this stuff at 15 fps
I hope they make it more stable soon

also speaking of the speed limit why can you reach faster speeds by jetpack than in a ship...
like, completely defeats the purpose of having a ship at all

So that you can jetpack around it while it's moving at full speed. This way you can build and travel at the same time. Also if you fall off your ship and it's going full speed you'll still be able to catch up.

Hosting now, been up for about 2-3 hours. 1 hour day/night cycle, x3 inventory because x1 is gross at the start.
Add me here, it's friends only: http://steamcommunity.com/id/Nerdaucity/

I went from everything on medium with 60fps to everything on lowest at 14fps, what the forget space engineers?

jesus did they test it on like one computer during this?

I play with a decent 20-25FPS on mediumish settings

I returned to the game after a while of not playing it
When i enter a world, the game instantly lags, soon freezes, and then crashes.

I can get pretty good fps when the settings are all low

graphics never was much of an importance to me so i always have my games on lowest settings just so i can get good framerate and input reaction for more high paced games.
wouldn't know for space engineers, though, since i cant use dx11. But still, I kind of expected i wouldnt be able to run it, but at least its going to make the youtubers who play the game way more entertaining now that they can use planets.
would also be nice to at least make a ship that people can use on the workshop and being able to see my creation in relation to planets.'

but for you guys who can run it, is it great? i can only think of the possibilities. And speaking of possibilities, this is one of the coolest battles ive seen, with the sunsets, falling out of the skiy, explosions and everything: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWec3vxAw5g

trees light up from underneath when far away and it looks dumb
